Our Provider
Dr. Verretta Moore, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
My overall goal is to help meet the demands of mental health care and help treat mental health symptoms and disorders to help promote better health and well-being. This is done by assuring individuals have a welcoming environment that will allow them to share without feeling they will be judged. I will listen, and together we will identify your needs and help set realistic goals to achieve a more stable mental well-being.
As a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Board Certified Psychiatric & Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, I believe in the importance of making mental health a priority. My great passion is to practice holistically and bring light to and stamp out the stigmas surrounding mental health, while providing the care you deserve and truly meets you where you are.

Mental health care at Saylor Grace Psychiatry is rooted in a collaborative, patient-centered approach. We begin by exploring each individual's symptoms, history, and goals to develop a personalized care plan. When appropriate, medication may be introduced as part of a broader strategy to support emotional stability, reduce distress, and enhance daily functioning. Ongoing monitoring ensures that treatment remains responsive, safe, and aligned with the patient’s evolving needs and preferences.
